Paris Oud starts quietly, tonka bean unfolding as the soft bitterness of brown kernels. Underneath the opening, ylang-ylang deepens into petals gleaming with exotic cream, and orange answers as bright pulp running down warm fingers. Around it, blackcurrant drifts as blackcurrants crushed into glossy jam, woody notes trailing pale sawdust lifting from cut planks. In the end it is warm and edible, a sweet, woody core brightened by citrus and white florals — silk petals glossed with peel oil.
