Midnight Rose leads with iris, the pale rootiness of face powder setting the tone. Underneath the opening, oud deepens into smoke and resin in lacquered darkness, and lily answers as trumpet blooms carrying chilled sweetness. A thread of lychee runs across — a floral fruit with watery shine — and amber follows as golden resin warmed to a glow. In the end it is warm and balsamic, a resinous, woody core edged with white florals and bright fruit — berries scattered through cut blooms.
