Virgin Leather begins where gardenia does, ivory petals opening in humid dusk drawing you in. At the core, castoreum reads as the dark chew of cured leather, rose drifting in as honeyed petals with a soft apricot glow. Toward the top, vetiver reads as green bitterness under sunburnt earth and iris as petal coolness with cosmetic grain. In the end it is soft and blooming, a floral, animalic core anchored by damp earth and a powdery veil.
