Rude Oud begins where rose does, honeyed petals with a soft apricot glow drawing you in. Leather moves underneath as supple hide warmed by the hand, while blackcurrant lingers as purple skins bursting in a bowl. Around the edges, oud moves through as warm wood bruised by balsamic smoke, while saffron drifts alongside as scarlet filaments softening into honey. In the end it is dark and supple, a leathery, woody core brightened by warm spice and white florals — nectar and juice spilling into warm air.
