Gdansk begins where honey does, sunlit syrup with waxen edges drawing you in. Below the surface, styrax turns to leathery balsam with charred edges and tobacco leaf answers as leaf piles drying on twine. Toward the top, incense reads as a glowing censer in desert shade and musk as warm cotton holding a human trace. In the end it is warm and balsamic, a resinous, sweet core brightened by soft musk and aromatic herbs.
