Beneath it, vanilla settles as pod flesh warmed to treacle darkness, while vetiver drifts toward smoky grass roots over volcanic soil. Around the edges, pink pepper moves through as a dry blush of peppered citrus, while oud drifts alongside as the rich hum of tropical agarwood. In the end it is damp and mineral, an earthy, sweet core weighted with dry woods and warm spice.
