What does Madeleine smell like?

Madeleine wears its heliotrope openly from the start — soft petals wrapped in sugared almond. Below the surface, almond turns to marzipan shadows in freshly ground nuts and musk answers as warm cotton holding a human trace. Bergamot weaves in as the polished snap of Calabrian peel. In the end it is warm and edible, a sweet, musky core edged with citrus and a powdery veil.
